Hi, Does anyone know how to hear and adjust the threshold on the AT Pro.
I'm trying to get to grips with this ground balancing and a site I've been looking at says about finding the threshold for your make of metal detector, but can't seem to see where it is on the AT Pro.
Any help will be great ::g.

Sorry, just found this ...

Most modern metal detectors do not need to be tuned in and run on a silent threshold. The threshold is the optimum point of tuning on a detector where a faint tone can be heard.

As the AT Pro is a modern detector it won't have one that can be tuned manually.

Back to the drawing board :D.

Mate the AT PRO does not have a threshold adjustment. The AT Gold does.

With or without is just different machines and they way they are set up or can be tuned.

Theres some interesting stuff on the Garrett web site about AT PRO set up...

Hi matey

Just do as it says on the instructional manual and just hold the GB button pump up and down til its quiet , then go to the manual setting and turn it down 10 or so and that's it!!!
