Third time out today....
loads of trash ... and some bits of magic!!!
1914 3d ,,, then a 6d and to cap it all a 12d ... now thsts magic
Enjoy the junk ... tomorrow is another day...HH

and the broken stud thing ... has "centre forward" on the face ...is this any thing to do with the USA army who were stationed in the area during WW2..

just love detecting... me and my AT PRO ... trouble is its too flamin good ... how i hate all those half pennies from 9inches down... hard diggin!!

You dont worry about how deep you have to dig as long as its productive. The longer you use and learn your detector the deeper you have to dig. You cant beat digging large Silver coins ! ::g

Try diggin through 9 inches of compacted mud and gravel for a half pence coin... that AT PRO is too good for my own good!!!

Thanks Phil, as i hauled the silver out was doing my show-off routine to any passers by who had the time to stop!! One guy said that if i find a 6d i should put it on e-bay!!!

thanks for that one - we had snifter at the old ronson lighter and didnt get a wiff of gas!! :)
