Metal Detecting

Other events and the dreaded work have got in the way over the last 6 months but actually got down to my local beach (hill head) for an hour and a half late yesterday afternoon. No treasure but amongst the nails and ring pulls I managed to recover 1 x £1 1 x 20p 3 x 5p and 3 x 1p. Really enjoyed myself and should now be able to get out most weekends and during the weekday evenings too. Really need to find some gold!

I know how you feel mudlarker,as I've suffered the same lately.
I,like you are am finding a little light at the end of the tunnel,and hopefully I can get back to enjoying my hobby as often as I used to
