Laser B1 High Frequency

I have a Laser B1 but have not got the instruction book. I have had it for a while but never used it because I don't know how, never been detecting before. Can anyone help with where I can get the instructions or advice on what all the knobs do. Remember I am a complete novice but enthusiastic to start.

I once purchased a secondhand B1 and found the manual for the Bandido was pretty similar. It allowed me to get the hang of it - its a great machine.
