Updating to Deus v3.2 help

A few weeks ago I brought a new Deus while v3.1 was out and getting bad feedback, so I asked Nigel to downgrade it to v2 before he shipped it. Top man he did it and I got it the next day 
Now 3.2 is getting some good feedback I am considering giving it a try out. My problem is this, as I use Linux is there a way for me to update it relatively easily? I do not have windows (did try windows 8 and hated it with a passion so deleted it...
) anyone else had this problem and found a way around it?
Any help suggestions would be greatly received
