Hi Guys,
I just a came across this Garrett Video on you tube,and here was me thinking you just switch it on and probe !, I had no idea you could do this and I certainly have had issues with my pro pointer "chattering" in salt water at the beach.

I usually leave my pointer at home if I'm beach detecting as I didn't think it would work in salt water. Thanks!!!

Just be careful they are not very waterproof
