yep always where abouts are you based ? ive got a field in Elstree but its coming up quite dry lately .. (pasture),, finding it hard to get permissions in same area ,, if u have any would be great..... i been meaning to ask some local Parish,s around as they still seem to have lots of land , but got to look into it

oh just seen u in Hatfield .. thats close ,, anything up that way ,,, imagine if had Hatfield house permission....... lots of history

Yes have a couple of fields near Hatfield house but not had much off of it elstree must be a good area are you near watling street
Permissions are a nightmare but would be good to meet if you like

I'm in north London, and it's one train to Hatfield if you need somebody to go out detecting with.

Hi guys,

I live in WGC, I am new to the hobby just got a marko cf77. It would be great to have some buddy's near me who could give me advice and just have a bit of company. I have no permissions sadly, so can't get out and practice. I know land owners and farmers in norfolk I will try and get permission of them in the future when I know what I am doing. Anyway just wanted to say hi and maybe go digging one day.

hello all
work is getting in the way of deteceting so not been out much...but still want to meet up for a dig if we are all still up for it. try and get a day when we can all make it somewhere in the middle off us would be good.if anyone wants to pm me their email address/phone number so we can get this going. hello to paul wgs if you want to join in on this you can.
