First outing with Deus Lite

Managed an hour yesterday.
Its a small permission near to where I live, you guys would probably laugh but as I only have 9x5 miles to choose from anything is good
So, heres what I got in an hour:

Left is the better stuff but I count around 35 targets so one every 2 minutes, which isn't bad considering I have been over it with the Racer before.
I used GMP and occasionally Fast, at least 2 of the targets were definitely close to iron and likely missed by the Racer...the others missed by me as I only did half of the field last year.
On the way back I switched in Hot but didnt stay in it long as I didnt want to confuse myself.
Initial thoughts...so easy to swing, light and well balanced. I didnt feel any tweaks in my shoulder/neck/elbow etc in the hour and I usually do. One hour isn't really enough for me to give a decent write up but I only dug one piece of iron and that was an experiment as I was 99% sure it was iron. Some of the targets were scratchy signals, usually the bits of can/rubbish. Generally nothing was really deep, the handle type thing was about 6/7" down but its a big target. The coin gave a nice solid noise and I was fairly sure it would be a coin.
I will continue watching all the XP/Garys vids and get the hours in. Heading out later to pasture, which I have done with my Racer and found loads of coins (mostly modern stuff 1900 onwards). Some of it is getting built on in a few months so I need to get that bit cleaned out as best I can.
Glad I bought the Lite, with hindsight I should have got it instead of the Racer and I would now be buying the control box.....hindsight is a great thing. Im not saying the Racer isn't any good, it found me plenty, the Lite suits me better physically thats all.
