Found these two the other day on my permission that’s produced lots of Georgian coppers, Dandy and tombac buttons and a silver fob seal First looks like a very large bag seal ( can’t quite decipher the writing ) and the second a livery button Any thoughts on further ID welcomed as ever  You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I hadn’t considered the possibility of a lead medal though the profile seemed unusual for a mere seal I will try and clean carefully to try and read the legend The livery button says “probitate et Labore”

Perhapse a homemade item/seal? Looks like a coin has been pressed into the molten lead - the legend looks to be in mirror

I think the lead item is an imprint of an Austrian 6 Kreuzer coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5217.html (or variant of). Cheers, Ruth The estoile is not Erminois on the button though, so it can't be any of those families. Wow thank you all for some fascinating research
The Austrian coin imprint seems very plausible and i will try and will try and examine more closely once carefully cleaned Livery buttons are so interesting This is already my favourite permission with one small field producing an amazing range of finds spanning 800 years. As we all know with this wonderful hobby, this fires our imagination trying to work out just how these items all end up where they do! Thanks again for looking and helping
Fair comment Leg end ![[81/]](./images/smilies/81_EmoticonsHDcom.png "ThumbsUp"){kind=small} i did notice that but just added the family names with a  because of the motto reallyAs you already know Knotalot the crests and mottos can be a bit of a minefield sometimes as the same ones can be used by many families with no connection to each other, which is why I prefer the items with a coat of arms, as these can be tied to a particular family and sometimes an actual person.
