Hi everyone,

I found this recently in a ploughed field. So far, I've only found relatively recent items, mostly buttons from the late 1800s onwards, George III gaming token, and a few other bits.

I'm a bit stumped as to what this might be. It has a broken shank on the back, but appears quite large for a button. I thought I'd post on here, to see if anyone had ever found anything similar?
