just what I need [87/]

two bottle openers that spend most of there time covered in manure ????

good job I am not a recovering alcoholic [88/]

No idea why teeth seem to be a requirement to sell MD spades [34/]

I think if the joint holds up it will find a use for packing on expeditions one people using public transport or travel by motorbike

I do feel it needs a V2. No saw teeth and a D handle. But thats just my preferences

I really like the idea of the adjustable spade however with such adjustability comes increased weakness, I am sure the main blade should hold up but how much punishment will the adjustable handle take [42/]
Will be interesting to see how these spades hold up and if they endure the test of time, if they do I will get one myself [08/]

I've used one for 3 weeks or so now and it's a massive improvement over my little cheapo spade.

However, I wish I'd bought the version with the solid, non-adjustable shaft as the play and rattle in the joint when carrying it kind of annoys me. It's the only criticism I have though. the digger itsself is an amazing bit of kit.

Try wrapping some electrical tape around the upper shaft level with the lower shaft @ your setting and another wrap at the bottom so its a snug fit & does not rattle (2:)

To be honest, in general, I don't pay much attention to YouTube reviewers as many are either sponsored by Retailers, receive the item as a gift in return for a review, or are looking to receive such perks in the future..

That is so very true, if these Youtubers give a bad / negative review they are not likely to receive anymore products from the manufacturer / Dealer.
Just stay clear of the sponsored influencers and try to find Youtubers who are real users and have not been sent the machine for Free [81/]

YouTube can be very convincing

some aren't just poor but dishonest

turning down one detector when comparing

ground balancing some but not others

Best I have seen is adding the beep afterwards

some just dont understand metal detecting. Like building a test garden in front of a metal fence.

same with online reviews. Are the genuine. Have they even used the product.

spades are difficult to compare

depends on

where you detect. A sandy beach isnt the same as a rocky hillside. A pebble beach isn't the same as ploughed arable

one persons ideal spade might be rubbish for someone else. Just because they either use it differently or on different ground.

I love mine, I was out on Wednesday digging solid frozen ground top 4/5" solid, wife's Spade wouldn't touch it she had to stay near the edge of the field where it was softer, I was in the middle, it cut through the frozen ground no problems and getting the plug out was hard I was swinging on it and it took anything I asked of it, very impressed, and I'm not sponsored by Nokta and I bought it 👍
