Lost Wedding Ring at a Beach in Kenya

I recently lost my wedding ring at a beach in Kenya, and it holds great emotional value to me. I am urgently seeking someone with a metal detector to help recover it. Ideally, the person would already be in Kenya, in which case I would gladly cover the cost of the service. However, if the person is in neighboring countries like Zanzibar, Tanzania, or Uganda, I am more than willing to discuss covering the travel expenses as well. I did already contacted lotus72R5 via DM because I saw a post him mentioning 2022 that he lives in Nairobi.

If anyone has contacts outside of this forum who might be able to help, or if you are planning a trip to the region in the next few weeks or months, please feel free to reach out.

It is a bit of a long shot hoping to find somebody in a UK forum, but have you considered contacting metal detector suppliers in Kenya - there seem to be a few of them? They might know of customers who might be able to help, or may be able to help you themselves?

I did indeed contacted the only two suppliers in Kenya that I could found. They were 0 helpful...

If I was in your position and the ring meant that much to me I would check out their rules and regs about metal detecting and if a goer buy a detector and get a flight. No one is going to have the same interest in fiding it as you. If it does`nt come at least you did everything you could.....Good luck..
