AT Pro and AT Pro International

Post by Liam74 »

Hi

I just won a AT Pro on a set auction sight and found out it is not a International one, should i be worried that it is not a international one.

I have been told they have not been designed for the uk and only the international one is, is that true.

Should i be worried getting it, or should i cancel it.

If you got it for a good price then no dont worry just be sure to test the discrimination on your own sites and finds before taking advice from international buddies - same frequency very similar machine just different spread of discrimination of iron - will still do the business set up right - they LOVE hammereds! my mate Dev can certainly vouch for this..

Hi AA

Cheers, just paid for it, got it for £460, so quite pleased with that. The only thing is I did buy a T2 last week too, need to kerb it on buying detectors now...lol.

LOL very guilty of the exact same thing myself - so a few are going the distance! I would say the Pro is the one you will use as the T2 tho serious bit of kit will be a headache whereas the Pro will just helpully do the biz and fill your pouch on almost every type of site...

If I only had £500 to spend one one detector then it would def be the Pro - ps my main machine is a GMP witha Quattro/Safari as backup deep clean pasture machine...

Hi

Your right about that and I like the garretts and think I will be happy to use that again.

The only thing I need to be doing, is collecting finds and not metal detectors...lol.

The T2 is a bit of a head ache but I will get my head around it.
