Hi All!

Quite an interesting day for me today, found some things on my wish list(not on the wish list was the bag of grenade fragments may i add)!

1/2 kilo of grenade fragments
1863 Viccy Penny
1906 Eddy 5th Ha'penny
1955 Lizzy Three pence
2 x.33 shell cases
4 high caliber handgun slugs 3 of which are around .45 ish
3 x ww2 Mk 1 Grenade Bases

1 x what i think is a gold plated charm from a bracelet

Sorry for the no picture it keeps saying its too big so i will have a fiddle around with it and post later.

Over 150 non ferous , 38 coins, but nothing really, think i had £1.50 spendable, and the rest were pre decimal copper pennys old 10p and 50p. Digging is hard out there with a lot of large rocks. Those cliffs will throw up some good finds sooner or later, any sign of any old bottles in the cliffs, I collect the pre 1930 local stuff, but buy most early glass

What sort of things can i expect from the cliffs Stu? If i find any bottles i will save them for you! I am going down tomorrow there have been quite a few falls at the top its just a bit dangerous he he. Is there anywhere in perticular i should be looking? Cheers Mate and well done on the finds. I collect military stuff e.g bullets and grenade bits so if you come across anything i will trade you for bottles he he.

I only do the cliffs south of Bridlington which are only 15 to 30 foot high, the bloke you need to ask about Filey was doing the base of the cliffs yesterday, 86 year old bloke with a tesoro, He is well known for finding stuff in filey
