Hi all,
Had a fresh day at Filey today with Ribeye, met the ever present Nev (top lad) as always, helping detectorist with advice and guidance, he had one or two nice finds. We did not find much but had a great day in a lovely part of Yorkshire with exellent company, what more could you ask for.

Hi Tomo,
I have found a few different sorts of these but have all been some sort of alloy, this is far too light to be lead or Silver.
Cheers

I LOVE that medal im for anything victoriana! Just an iconic queen, prefer young bun viccy as i think she was portrayed as a bit of a demon in her later poses he he. Nice finds always nice to find a blue silver in the sand!

Well done

Hi Nev
There were two other lads from Hull who also had a ring today plus a pocket full of modern coins, they showed my mate Ribeye, i can't remember if he said it was gold or not.

Hi Tomo
I agree with you, Nev is a top lad.

Nice coin Tomo, yours is different to mine and looks more honest in relation to age, this one i found does not feel quality to me, thats my opinion comparing it to other victorian coins i've found
