A couple of Hours at Cayton

Post by SheffieldSparky »

Managed to get out yesterday/today, a fishing weight and various odd hinges, stud, safety pin etc not forgeting the lead/alloy,not enough to pay for my dinner at Inghams. Still the weather was great and it beats staying in.

Always nice to get out :D

I learnt a long long time ago that my visions of finding gold every trip was misguided =)) so now I do it for the fresh air, exercise and my love of the hobby.
Anything I find is just an added bonus

I could not agree more, it's the buzz of never knowing what you will find that makes it fun

As you say its a lovely beach i,ve been walking up that hill since 1982 off and on. didn,t expect as much sand as there is though, still loads of surfers all with gloves on.
