Beach sesh last week

Hi, managed a few hour's on my local beach last week, came away with
about £6.80, which beats my usual fiver ::g

Nice one,I never seem to get much modern coinage from the beach as I always do the wet sand.
Saying that I get lots of old pennies etc so can't complain,although modern stuff also helps to pay for extra detecting stuff..

Cheers yellow, yes i'm limited to the dry with the ace, but i do drag it to the wet stuff for the
older coin's now and then, painfull on the old ears though :D ::g

Beats me - spent four hours on the beach the other day for a miserable £1.28 and a condom (fortunately still well and truely in its wrapper!). Not all bad though, walking back to the car I found a £20 note in the road - made my day ::g

I am definately going to get to a beach this week to try the goldmaxx out as I miss having no descrimination :-) five quid in change would pay a little towards the petrol bill for getting their :-)
