Can I play with the remote control whilst it's charging?

Evening all,

Just a quickie... can I input new programs onto the remote control whilst it's charging or is it going to all go pear shaped?

Never tried doing that but you can detect while its charging.

So why not have a play with it. ;) Jerry.
