Dead 9" coil

Went to do an update today on my deus. All was going well, it found and updated my 11" coil. It then searched and found my 9" coil and started to update that, got to about 50% complete and just froze! I now have a 9" coil that is completely dead with no LED light at all on it. My remote won't find it and it will not charge. Everything was fully charged before i started the update inc yhe 9" coil. Is there someway of re awakening the coil or have i killed it????

Have you tried putting in the serial number on the coil into the control box again?

It won't work. There is no standby flashing led. Its completely dead!

Yes, coil back to us please, enclose your details ands a note of what happened as I don't see repairs.

Coil was posted back to leisure promotions last monday. Tuesday i had a phone call from regtons saying it had to go back to xp for repair and wednesday i had a loan coil turn up on my doorstep! Excellent customer service!!!

I had something similar happen to date with my Deus 11" coil . Got it out ready for Tommorrow , knew I had fully recharged straight after last using it, but when I switched on remote it kept coming up "no coil" No flashing light on coil , just dead ?
So I decided to see if for whatever reason it was flat by plugging in charger. After about 5 mins the coil indicator light started to flash indicating coil was charged. Switched on tector, coil paired and now seems to work ok .
Had mine from leisure promotions too so reassuring to know their after sales service is amicable in case it packs up altogether
