9" coil not working ?!!

Hello all ...

My new charging clip arrived today , I plugged it in and put it on the coil but it's not charging , it's not the clip or leads as I have a 11" coil and that's charging ( light on coil ) ..

On Sunday I got " no coil " flashing on the display ? It's been fine for the past 16 months ,

Any ideas please before I send it back to crawfords ? ::g

Just a suggestion to try.

Fit the clip with the coil in the air and be kind but firm when fitting it to the coil.

Some folk's in the past have tried fitting the clip with the coil face flat down and the clip has not quite seated.
