I'm looking at getting out in and around Chester tomorrow daytime; I don't have a permission lined up yet, but have no problem asking/begging/grovelling with the farmers.

I live not too far from Chester and I'd like to get out more this year. I do have permissions but they are miles away and becoming less productive. I'm happy to muck in and look for more local permissions if thats whats required

Hi everyone, i was just looking online for any clubs around my area and i took me to this page. My names simon i am also very close to the chester area. I have been a member of MDF for well over a year now and have shared some posts of finds around north wales area. I have never been able to join any clubs and not even had a reply after numerous emails to Wrexham, Mold ,Nantwich clubs ect. So yes me and my 2 friends are desperate to get involved in a club that is local to us. Did anything happen with this Chester club idea ? If so we would love to get involved thanks.

but in light of the post about joining clubs would like to say, i have just joined a newly set up club , called Cornovii Discoverers for the North West had our first meeting in Durham Hill last week if people want to PM me i can send the contact details to them.
