X35 won't connect to WS4

Just paired my remote to my new X35 coil yet when I turned on my headphones it doesn't connect, any ideas?

Stating the obvious probably, but have you checked that you've selected that coil?

Yeah selected the coil on the WS4 it just flashes and won't pair...never had this problem before addi ng coils.

The headphones should of been switched on when you switched your remote on, try again with headphones on, if no good just switch your remote off and enter the coil number into the Headphones manually. If still no good you will have to go through the V5 update process again with your remote and headphones.
