CTX 3030 Freezing, Shutdown, Switching off ? (broke again)

if you dont know what your doing you cant fix it and its clear to me minelab didnt fix it so they dont know what there doing.
so if your ctx has a fault get your money back or a new machine dont send it for repair and they will soon take notice when it costs them money.

That's the lemon gone back. Just wish the new one would hurry up lol x;

Always deal with the shop etc that sold you the product, as previously mentioned your conract of sales is with them. Generally within the first 6 months or so you can ask for and are entitled to a full refund. After that, regardless of the warranty period, that the seller is entitled to repair the faulty item but beware...if a repair is offered and you accept within 4-6 months, as opposed to replacement then you are not then entitled to a replacement afterwards so you did well by JA replacing the detector. Maybe approaching them first would have been the best action. Any glitches with anything within the first 4-6 months, get it replaced, never repaired.
