Do 'Beach Sifters' Remove Coins?

Be interested to know what machine removed what on which beach.

Some beaches loose sand and they just dump fresh on the top and bulldoze and rake flat

I have been on Old Conwy as it was being done and there was nothing in the top foot or so.

Got to try as i had no way of knowing where the sand had come from

Not that i do the beach too often so don't know how often its done or if it was a one off.
