Not trying to be rude here but if you are fully and profoundly deaf surely you can't hear anything and headphones are useless to you no matter how loud they are. They're not going to vibrate enough for that, unless you stuck the speakers to your fingertips or something, but then a cheapo pair of normal headphones would be better for that anyway.

There's a thread on the forum giving suggestions for deaf and hard of hearing people that may be of use to you, as there seem to be several ways to still make detecting possible. Here's a link to one:

i can hear in headphone but chefphone cp6 very low need strong speaker like phone pro 2 or volume contract on it i try pm chef about it but post wont work
