You basically take Cobs with you, point to where it is and look away while i pull my Minelab out :D

Personally - id be digging every signal and informing your FLO as soon as you have found it.

Keep us informed :)

you might want to ask farmer before getting in touch with anybody first.
he might not want flo or anybody else on his land, without prior permission
best check with him first, i would personally
better a ping over a button than a fart over iron

Christ crunch ive just had the biggest laugh I've ever had. Here I am speculating as a complete amateur and apparently I am posted on another site stating I know where the saxon ship burial is. This detecting lark just keeps getting more and more funny as I get into it.....sheer delight!! Hahaha

Cheers

Relic Program and drop the disc from 8 to 1 and up the sensitivity from 90 until the chatter starts. Ensure your GB is locked in manual

For arguments sake lets say that I have a fair idea where the hoard is buried. Lets say its in fairly irony ground. Lets say I have a deus. What settings would you use to penetrate the ground and get the deepest possible signals, baring in mind I realise I may end up digging deep iron too.

I realise Im being very cryptic hear bt I recently made a discovery that may lead to something quite special.

Many thanks

Saxman
Sounds like you have watched a few too many repeats of the "Detectorists"!!!
its got so bad that the guys down the club are comparing how many hand made nails they've found... but not where!!
