The official 'Lite' package is headphones and the detector like I said (as they say you can always upgrade by buying the control box later). Sure you can buy 'bits' directly from XP, or from shops, but it's not like you'll get it any cheaper.

There nowt official, lad look ---- SHAFT ARMCUP £59 LARGE COIL COMES WITH LOWER STEM £350 ,CONTROL BOX £500 = £909 shop around and get the best price you would probably get it for less..Think about it were are you going to buy your control box to update you lite version,aint rocket science ,,is it ,, now your going to say well why did I not do that in the first place , you was mugged ,, I paid £1.110 for my full version two months ago sent free from Detector Labs no tax on top. mind you knowing what I know now I would have bought it with out the head phones.
We dont want a revelation what we want is a revolution smash the Cartels , or is that a bit over the top...........

i was talking to a mate last week, he wants to get the lite but hasnt got the money for one. i told him he could buy the 9 inch coil for £300 and the headphones are on a well known auction site for £250 (i would have thought most shops are the same price). he could then use the stem from his old machine and just put the deus coil on it. that led me to think that if the coil is 300 and the phones are 250 (550 in total), how can they ask 850 for the lite? 300 quid for the stem? p*ss takers

Yup I wasn't saying it was a good deal. Just stating the facts. Always best to shop around when buying anything. You could also look at it from the perspective of the cost of the materials to put the products together. But until we have a money-less society, if you want these things, you have to pay for them.

I have also heard of people using a different make stem but can't remember what one was said now
