Louis XVI 2 Sols

Found this morning just about made out XVI in the " field photo" after careful work with a toothpick and even more carefully with a dentist pick, found to be a Lou XVI 2 Sols unfortunately the detail does not include the date. On further research he was the last king of France reigned from 1774-1792 and was married to Marie Antoinette.

Found with the Manticore, stock coil, All terrain Low conductors setting, Sensitivity 22, Reactivity 6, GB set at 0.

I really love finding these big coins (I'm French). These are what we call constitutional coins, the king still had his title but no longer had full powers. There are some that were made of bell metal (mixed with copper).
During this disrupted period, metal ran out, and 100,000 bells in the country were taken down to provide the material to make coins.

There are even some of these coins that were mint after the king lost his head, early 1793
