rainbows end

Post by jondav »

here,s an anecdote that happened to me years ago while detecting on a local beach,I was sheltering from a particularly heavy shower, when I was joined in the shelter by an old gent, after exchanging the usual banter "have you found much today " etc ,the sun suddenly appeared again and with it a perfectly formed rainbow, the old guy suddenly pointed to it ,and exclaimed excitedly, thats where you should try,the end of the rainbow.I tried to follow his advice ,but for some reason the rainbow kept on getting further away.ah well!
