lead seals/tokens ?

lead seals/tokens ?

could you help with the following items

from left to right

no1 has B&P on both sides is heavy and looks like lead
no2 has 282 on one side / unsure 2nd
no3 has 1783 and .... &...ever-..... 1 side / griffin like bird on 2nd looks like it can open up
no4 W&M with 2 stars on 1 side / WM 00 on 2nd side looks like it can open up

buckle possibly of a shoe ?
