Reset and lost all progs

Hi all, being hopeless with techy stuff I foolishly reset my ctx and deleted all the extra programmes stored on it. Being crap on it does anyone have any idiots guide to getting these back on my ctx! rl; cheers a lot in advance.

I think you lost them - Sorry ..
Read this - Usually with most things from what I've seen, a factory reset will only reset settings and saved profiles. The latest firmware should stay after a factory reset.

Don't you have them stored in you exchange 2 from when you uploaded them to the machine?
