Dog Tag - not the human kind

Post by Craiggold »

Had a smashing great signal last night out on a big sandbank off the Island, beautiful evening, shallow, warm water, perfect!
And so I dig up this

Turned it over, name and phone number on the other side, and blow me if they dont live 5 mins from my house! not bad for a signal found 20cm under the mud!

Anyway, first item I have been lucky enough to find and return an item, the dog tag belonged to a much loved, but dearly departed pooch, so it meant a bit more to the owner. Well pleased ::g

They do turn up on my sites from time to time as lots of foot paths. A finds a find,so they say, and if it makes someone happy, that's great ::g
