Inspired by your gold ring - i decided to try an hour on the beach last night
& guess what .........NO GOLD RING !

Did however find £8.26 in cash, a silver star shaped pendant & a very encrusted old florin that had been thrown out of a very deep hole by the kids trying to dig to Australia.

A very enjoyable hour & much better than watching the soaps with my other half !!!!!

Hi Oliver, sounds like you have a MDF night time rally going on there. Hope you don't mind me asking but what beach is it you all go. I quite fancy this night time detecting if I know there are others there,
.... (too spooky on me own =))).

I understand if you do not want to give the location away as too many cooks can spoil the broth as they say, but as I normally finish work at 11pm its an ideal situation to get some beach detecting in.

I dig, you dig, we dig, he digs, she digs, they dig. ......
...OK, It's not a beautiful poem, but it's very deep.
