Minelab explorer se

Hi ,
I am new to metal detecting , i have a c scope r1 which i never got on with but recently bought a second hand minelab explorer se .
I bought a new hand grip for it but an unsure as which parts to remove to fit it.
Any advise appreciated.

I think that you need to remove the stand and arm rest and then roll the new grip down over the battery compartment.
