Lost engagement ring Ely Cambs

Hello I’ve just joined this forum in the hope that someone could help to find my mums engagement ring which she believes came off whilst gardening in a 4m length of conifer hedge this last week at the bottom of her garden. I bought a cheap detector but am not having any luck. It is especially important as my father died recently and whilst it may not be of huge value, it’s sentimental value is priceless.

Perhaps one of our members close by will be able to help, however if not, I am near Peterborough and will do so at no cost to you or your Mum.
My friend and I can take a leisurely ride across the fens and give it a try for you.
PM me in a couple of days if no one else pops up.
In the meantime keep all the hedge cuttings, weeds etc. so that they can be run over with the detector too.
