well done mate, what a feeling to see some shiny yellow after all the pull tabs and grotty coin's. Well done and 2 rings in the same session to boot. That looks like a real diamond too :D

Haha well done mate! Exactly the same as me, no rings in your time detecting then low and behold you find 2 at the same time! You could not script it, especially as you said you wanted to find your first ring on this outing. Well done again DF

I'd be Suprised If it isnt a diamond being that small and the ring looks high carat.

Well found, DF, but I have to admit that I like the top one the most, something about the strange design. Anyway, congratulations on your first beach, gold, ring. Super hunting :D
Will I? Won't I? What kind of silly question is that?

Very very well done - looks like it coukd be a diamond too - get it tested or get yourself a tester - only about £20 on Ebay. looks like you'll need it now that they are coming in thick and fast !!

well done mate, the grin on your face when you held up that ring could be spotted from the Isle of Wight I think!

I had £1.52 in modern coinage, small child's ring (10 inches down!!!), old heavy caliber bullet and most bizarely, what looked like a crotal bell!

pics later...

Nice one DF. I've got plenty of modern coins and junk, but no rings. Well done.

thanks for the invite buddy, sadly I am on babysitting duties tonight! You should invite MRIX as he is your way and it's his birthday!

We'll arrange an evening beach hunt up your way, and vice versa if you want to tackle Southsea beach with us..
