Trip Planned for the Local Beach

Post by mrix »

Got a trip planned this week to my local bournemouth Beach :) mainly to get used to my New machine " Minelab E-Trac " Its quite a complex machine but hopefully with a few hours searching and adjusting settings I might even get used to it :)
Anyway I let you know how I got on, my trip is planned for Wednesday :)
cheers all

Hey Mrix,
Thats a fine detector youve got there and i'm sure you'll get the best from it as you get to grips with it. Let me know how you get on with it particularly in the wet sand as i would be keen to see how it performs in comparison to a pulse induction machine. I have two machines from C Scope the R1 which i use for dry sand and inland and the CS4PI for the wet sand. I've found though at the moment its hard to get a beach where the sand isnt banked up the walls leaving all the finds too deep down to be detected. But given a good storm things should get better. Lets face it... i dont think i'll have to wait about long for one of those! :D
