The first job was to accommodate my father-in-law's WWII medals in a much more deserving place than a 'Baccy Tin' in his box of plumbing tools, which is where he kept them!
Next was a suitable home for my selection of keys accumulated over a period of almost 50 years where they had been consigned to a Peek Frean's biscuit tin, which I have since sold

Then it was my two Axe Heads (late BA Palstave and a 17th C Domestic (iron) example followed by an as yet unidentified item which resembles a Spear Head (but probably isn't). It was found embedded in a large worked block of sandstone in the Falkland Island. The pics are not the best due to some 'reflection' issues due to not fitting non-reflective glass - cheapskate!
