Upgrading XS

Hi
I have had for some years now a Explorer xs and love the tones and being able to see icon on screen as I can search for same icon for same item.
But a friend wants to buy a good detector, so I said E-trac as very versatile.
But after watching youtube I am in two minds if Equinox 800 maybe better, and even upgrade from mine and change tones. Only thing i will miss is isolating single detected item so you can find nothing else but the same.
Any tips or ideas?

Yours is a potent and high quality detector, I have an etrac, and nox 800, both have their virtues.
If I could have a lighter, waterproof, Bluetooth etrac, with more speed adjust I would be in heaven.
