I found this online and it looks good but still not arrived, so don't know yet if they are any good.
Anyone tried one?

Why anyone needs a Klingon battle axe to dig up a coin or two I have no idea.
They are designed to part people from their money rather than being an effective, lightweight tool to carry all day.
Burgon & Ball border spade, off the shelf, no angle grinding, will last forever and under £40. [81/]

looks interesting

however I not sure about its usefulness for metal detecting

the strong v and tapered sides will make it hard to cut a nice square hole and clean the bottom out.
