Looking to buddy up with others around the Huddersfield / Halifax / Bradford areas.
Loads of potential around here, but harder finding the permissions when alone.
Anybody else looking to buddy up? Or anybody willing to invite me on their permitted digs?

What has been your experience so far with trying to obtain permissions? As an ex-Brighouse lad I know of no end of farms in the wider area - have you actually knocked on doors or written letters / emails?

Hiya Phil.

Yeah theres plenty to go at, but at the moment the land that has looked promising is being worked.
A few Farmers have asked me to call back after calving and harvesting, which is fair, so i’ll be doing that. So at the moment i’m twiddling my thumbs and settling for rough scrubs of land and patches of moorland here and there.
