Wireless Head phones ?
Hi Gents
This is probably going to be a quick one, but here goes anyway, is it possible to fit wireless headphones to an Explorer. I don't want to pulling wires out and soldering bits in I'm looking at simple plug in solution.

Hi again,
Do you know if the Garret headphones can be linked to a TV
, I'm a bit hard of hearing and would be killing two birds with one stone, and it will justify the expense to the dragon indoors
.

I presume that a dongle of some sort would have to be plugged in. Given that the jackplug on an Explorer is at the end of the handle this might make it a bit vulnerable to knocking and flexing. ![ThumbsUp [81/]](./images/smilies/81_EmoticonsHDcom.png)

Thanks for pointing this out Fred, but a short extension cable and maybe taping it underneath the handle might solve that one. I use a harness so I don't put the explorer on the sand.fred wrote: Fri Feb 04, 2022 4:47 pm I presume that a dongle of some sort would have to be plugged in. I am using Garrett z-lynk WR-1 wireless receiver with ear buds with my Equinox800. For me this is the best option. I can use headphones only on top of a cap or hood covering my ears. All headphones make my ears hurt after a wile. That's why I use headphones only in the winter.
I prefer Garrett z-lynk to the Equinox wireless system - it's faster and I love the Garrett Pro-Pointer AT Z-Lynk.
