Hi am I ok to metal detect from Cromer to Sheringham,

Assuming you mean the beaches, according to the Crown Estate map yes - between mean high and low tide marks - not above or below those marks. And certainly not in any protected areas such as SSSIs which might be within that stretch of beach. Check before going.
