Personally I would have the discrim volume and iron volume set to 5 (I like this as you can get more of an idea if the item is junk), sensitivity at the highest you can achieve and the discrim level set to 3. Ground I leave in auto.

This is pretty much how I setup my CS6 when I had it. I'd sometimes need to increase Disc to just under 4 if there were a lot of nails about, but my testing with hammered halves showed they still came through if not too deep. Also cut quarters ...andy fraggle wrote: Wed Jan 25, 2023 4:25 pm Hi
