Hi all, done a little bit of digging, found loads of smashed stuff, Glass, Pottery, Jars etc, to many bits of iron to use the detector, so just eyes only, I possible think the hole I dug was part of the spoil heap from the original digs that have been done before here, I did find a couple of nice glass bottles, they may have been left as 20th Century. First one is a Vaseline Bottle, TRADE MARK VASELINE CHESEBROUGH NEW-YORK, I found a YouTube video of one saying that it is approx c.1924 so earlier than I thought, second one is an H.J.HEINZ Bottle, and this also seems to be early 20th Century. Nothing special but I am pleased with them, will return with a bigger digging tool next time
