Ghost signals again

hi, i have already have made post on this but i have done what has been said to do, that's, when on a beach turn the sensitivity down but i still get ghost signals, or do i need to get a pin pointer to pinpoint the target easier, any help appreciated [81/]

Hello, Can you describe which circumstances create these 'ghost signals"?
