Steve your pic is to big...it needs to be below 300kb
So go to the site below in the link
Upload your pic to the resize site
crop it to whatever you want to show
Then change the reduce parameters to probably 75% reduction and see how this goes
Save new smaller pic
Upload to here
Job done

it says it is below 300 but still wont let me!! this has turned out very stressfull

Save the resized pic to your pc and then upload it as an attachment when you write your post...
Its under the big text box and says "upload attachment"
The link works but you have just copyed and pasted the link...you need to save the resized pic to your pc and upload it from there
Dont get stressed it becomes easier after the first couple

Well done Steve! I am down in Torquay right now and Steve very kindly agreed to meet up with me for a mornings detecting around some pastured areas. The first place was a paddock wuth some inquisitive horses that could really give you a fright when they sidled up to you and snortled loudly, probably trying to say "You need to wind down the sens and increase the iron volume on that GMP if you want to find all the nice hammies on this field" Well, between the two of us (me and Steve) we did not find a lot, sloping land that was bone hard due to the climate in the English Riviera. Steve then spootted an adjoining new housing estate that had some scrubbed land nearby, probably prepared a long time ago, waiting for the housing market to improve. So we athletically climbed a few banks etc (Steve did anyway) and then we were a bit more successful as the ground was that bit softer. We chatted to the site foreman who was looking after the bulldozers and he was happy for us to search away from the prepared ground. The top 6 inches was missing and so we did not get too many coin finds, mostly domestic remnants from past habitation, pity it was not a Celtic tribe habitation!! We then moved on to another pastured field that was irregularly shaped and on a steep slope, a bit unusual for me as we don't have hills in Norfolk. We had a good natter about how to check out a new field, what the hedge boundaries meant and where walkers of the past would have passed through. It was as we followed the line of an almost vanished hedgerow that Steve found the badge, almost as nice a find as my buckle and assortment of medieval silver foil ...
