Eliz 1 Half Groat

Been told this find in a Suffolk field is an Elizabeth 1st half groat possibly Tower mint. I'd be grateful for confirmation before sending to FLO. Many thanks.

Looks like it has a Crescent mintmark which would date it to 1587-1589AD. Nice find too. Well done [81/]
Remember, there is no 'X' marks the spot!
Not finding anything is not for the want of trying! [:)

Thanks. Confirmation was important to me. I can't detect for long these days ang any find gives me pleasure even the usual tombac. My daughter found this in her 3rd hole. I'm happy!
