What an absolutely brilliant post Liam, so well thought out and written, this forum is brilliant and we are all here to help each other in many different ways. I’m new to detecting and have found this forum so helpful and everybody has been really kind and that’s what it’s all about, looking out for each other and being kind

My very good friend and detecting buddy Eric is limping a bit as his hip has decided to mostly pack up and he is now awaiting another hip replacement
He never moans, true to his army "get on with things somehow" outlook
Eric, I hope you are not kept waiting very long, keep us updated, Liam
