Are you sure it is charged the coil.. try to giv it 5 min and restart..
i dont know why it has lost the number but if you have the manual it takes you through pairing the coil with the control and headphones starts page 23 all three have to be turned on when doing this procedure just check that you havent pressed by mistake the number of the coil you are working on say it has got moved to 2 by mistake and you are using coil 1 that has already been paired hope it works out for you any queries just ask so if you are happy the coil is charged could be one of the following
to recap could be one of three problems one lost coil number which needs re entering two has been turned by mistake to the wrong coil number so if on standard coil the coil number should read 1 and three you do have a technical problem which only regtons can help so these are your three avenues

The most probable reason is not charged, so do that and make sure the connections are secure, constant white light on the coil, the connections can be fiddly, good luck, Liam B-)

this happened to my deus, i had to send it back and get a new one the coil would not except a charge so regtons changed it for a new one

The old saying goes like this

put the coil back on charge for a minute unplug it then turn on the machine
